Hotel Relax 5 - Taipei

Stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. Cozy vibes and super clean! The shower pressure blew me away. Just keep an eye on the tiny sink-it's a little splashy! Location is easy for exploring Taipei.

The total stay was really comfortable on holidays. I've booked double room with stable temperature control and everything was modern. The location was magnificent as it was walking distance to cafes and bars. You could walk to shopping streets and a market.

Overall it was beautifully decorated, with a separate bathroom. Near a train station, the location was incredible.

Only one washer and dryer causes long wait times!!! Insufficient hangers and space for clothes!!! Bathroom door does not close fully, leaving it ajar!!!

Great natural light!

The hotel was clean, facilities where modern, marvellous and incredible location not far from the Taipei Main Station and the airport express train and metro and airport shuttle and city subway lines and underground mall. The stuff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, gave us great tips. Really enjoyed our FANTASTIC stay on holidays.

We asked for a double room and it was nice cozy with stable temperature control. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were an advantage...

The Classic Double Room at Relax 5 is cozy yet functional, with a large window providing great natural light. The meals are delivered from various local restaurants, offering good options every day, including tasty bento boxes. The staff is attentive and quick to respond via LINE for any requests.

How it stacks up, my honest take

Found a good retreat with an unbeatable location! Just a 5-minute walk to Taipei Main Station made exploring easy. The room was compact yet cozy, boasting a lovely window and essential amenities. It was a treat to sip complimentary coffee at the attentive beverage station. Would return for another stay!

The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

I found the rooms to be quite cramped, especially when traveling with luggage. The soundproofing was disappointing, as traffic noise disrupted my sleep at night. The sink was unnecessarily small, which led to constant spills every time I used it, becoming an extra hassle.

great location but busy atmosphere

The location is bustling, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast bentos were delicious and a great way to start the day. Especially Orlando, were professional and friendly.

It was just a suitable option for a day tour in Taipei with good value. The bathroom configuration was surprisingly good and made my stay more comfortable. Bring your own hangers if you need extra space for clothes.
